lake. It contains the private 30' x 15' swimming pool, with
fiber optic underwater lighting for night use,
plus the heatable spa. The poolside furniture consists of
several tables, 10
upright chairs and 4
sun loungers. There is also a covered
lanai with ceiling
fan and light.
Access to this area
is via patio doors from the family room.
For the Winter months
a gas pool heater is available at extra cost.

foosball table and
the all important
7ft pool table, we
have an electronic
dart board so you
don’t even have to

The comfortable seating area contains
2 sofas to relax
on while watching the 56”

sound. As well as

also contains a DVD and a good selection of family films. You will also find lot’s of board games
for all the family
to play. For your
extra comfort a
ceiling fan has
been installed.
