Our lovely, brand new for 2003, huge 2 storey villa (over 3800 square feet) is situated on the new and up-market development resort of Emerald Island with it's Grecian architecture, dolphin fountain and Mediterranean style homes. It is 2 miles west of Walt Disney World off Highway 192. This community has many facilities, including a club house, spa, sauna, BBQ area, tennis, wet bar, cyber cafe, TV & Games Rooms, natural trails, wetland area and a gymnasium.

Pool, Spa & Decking Area	The south facing decking and pool area has wonderful views of the lake and conservation. This completely private, large, decking area with lanai, contains the swimming pool, 30' x 15' and luxurious whirlpool spa. The poolside furniture consists of plenty of luxury padded chairs and sun loungers. To enhance your enjoyment there is a music center with speakers on the deck. Pool towels and a handy towel stand have been provided. For those who enjoy a BBQ there is a Gas BBQ including all gas at no extra charge. Access to this area is via patio doors from the Lounge and Master Bedroom 1. Pool and spa heating are included in the rental cost.
Games Room	The air conditioned game room is equipped with a 50" HD LCD screen showing DISH Satellite HD viewing, 4 x 32" LCD Screens complete with PS2's and Xbox 360's online and system linked, 4 x electronic Pachinko machines, a very high quality Brunswick pool table with centennial ball and cue set, air hockey, foosball, tennis rackets and finished off with neon bar lights. This room is perfect for lazy evenings and rainy days alike and guests often comment that it's hard to find time to visit the parks.
Living room	This room contains two comfortable leather sofas, and coffee tables with lamps. It has a 50" 1080p! HD DLP screen complete with DISH HD viewing, DVD, BOSE Surround sound home theater system and a huge range of DVDs, radio and telephone. A ceiling fan has been added for your extra comfort.
Dining area	The lovely dining area has a large table which will comfortably seat 8 people.
Lounge	The lounge has comfortable sofas plus coffee tables with lamps. It too has a cable HDTV perfect for relaxing or entertaining away from the busier parts of the home. A ceiling fan has been added for your extra comfort. Patio doors lead from here to the decking and pool area.
Kitchen & Breakfast Nook	The fully equipped kitchen has a large stove with self cleaning oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is also a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glasses. The breakfast nook contains a long breakfast table which comfortably seats 8 people.
