privacy. The
covered lanai has an

tub/spa and luxury patio
furniture.
The
pool deck has
loungers and is
accessible by
sliding doors from
the master bedroom,
dining room and
family room. There
is also a deck
shower. The pool has
free solar heating.

converts to a
sofa bed, plus
coffee tables with
lamps. A cable
TV, VCR and a stereo
radio/CD player.
There is also a
