ceiling fans and
lighting, plus the private swimming pool
(28' x 14') with underwater lighting.

decking area has

views, and
has the sun, from sunrise to sunset, all year round. This
pool has a saltwater
cleansing system,
therefore no
chlorine.
There is luxury padded poolside furniture to seat
8 persons with a

rectangular table plus
6 luxurious padded adjustable sun loungers and
2 smaller hexagonal drinks
table along with a poolside towel
airer/holder.
There is also a Gas
BBQ for alfresco
cooking. This area is very
private and the
sunsets are
spectacular.

For the Winter months an electric pool heater is available at extra cost. A
pool cover on rollers is
provided to ensure
that the water
remains warm at all
