The south facing courtyard decking area is fully screened,
not overlooked, and contains the private Solar heated swimming pool, with underwater lighting for night use.
There is a covered porch and luxury padded poolside furniture including a table, chairs and sun loungers.
Access to the pool is via patio doors from the family room, kitchen, master bedroom suites 1 and 2 and bedroom 3.
For the Winter months an electric pool heater is also available.

The dining area has a large table which will comfortably seat 6. A further table in the breakfast nook will seat another 4 people.

Catering is made easy by the fully equipped kitchen which has a large cooker with self cleaning oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is also a plentiful
supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glasses. A telephone has been fitted.
This
huge kitchen also contains a circular breakfast table which comfortably seats 4 people.
The PC with
permanent wireless
internet access is
also situated here.
