large, premium lot in a quiet cul de sac backing onto the 40 acre lake on the peaceful, secluded, woodland development of Thousand Oaks, south west of Kissimmee.

Access to the pool is via the family room,
kitchen and master bedroom suites 1 and 2.
For the Winter months an electric pool heater is available at extra cost. A
cover is
provided to ensure
that the water
remains warm
overnight.
