We
have three categories of vacation rentals: Luxury, Executive
and Platinum
LUXURYvillas are
well furnished, and have a Family room, fully equipped Kitchen, Breakfast/Dining area,
one Master ensuite bedroom and at least one house bathroom plus full/twin
bedrooms. They
have all of the facilities listed
below and may also have some of the features usually associated
with an Executive home.
EXECUTIVEhomes will have all of
the facilities of a Luxury home plus a separate Lounge and Family room, and may also have some of the features usually associated
with a Platinum home. They will have at
least
8 of
the following
12
features:
PLATINUM
residences automatically have all the facilities of Luxury and Executive
homes
and
at
least
2 Master bedrooms both with
full
ensuite bathrooms
plus
ALL
of
the
following
features:
FSV offers holiday homes for rent with either
2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 bedrooms.
Each villa has Short Term Rental Licenses from both the State and County, which
permit a maximum number of resident guests, usually dependant on the number of
bedrooms, plus an extra two guests using a sofa bed or equivalent.

maximum permitted number of guests per home size is:

information is stated on the relevant listing pages as well as on the
individual villa details pages. Some owners do not permit use of a
sofa bed, for sleeping on, therefore the occupancy number for these
homes will be lower than the State/County designated maximum
number.
There is no minimum number of guests for each villa and all
costs quoted will be for the entire villa and not per person.
VILLA INFORMATION
All of our villas are the pride and joy of their owners and each
home is maintained to a high standard.
They are cleaned and thoroughly prepared before each letting. The beds are freshly made and a spare set of clean linen is provided. An ample supply of fresh towels is available in each of the bathrooms. These items can easily be laundered in the washing machines should you wish to change them
frequently. Mid-holiday cleaning is available at extra cost and should be booked locally.
The gardens and lawns are maintained regularly. The swimming pools are cleaned and checked once a week for your comfort and safety. As part of a routine pest control program, the homes are treated on a
regular basis.
Many of our villas have a full, monitored, Security System. They are equipped with intruder alarms, security locks on doors and windows, smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers.
Telephones give access to free local calls with a credit card system for long distance.
Inside each villa is an owner's manual detailing important information, dos and don'ts, plus a list of contacts in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Please note that smoking is only permitted on the decking area of each villa.
